As a consultant company, our professional objective is to assist our clients to add value to their enterprise, whether that enterprise takes the form of a business, a not-for-profit organisation or any element of government. Zing Langauges has adopted this Code to provide high ethical standards to safeguard clients we represent.
All Zing Languages representatives have agreed to abide by this Code of Ethics:
Confidentiality – We are committed to maintaining the highest degree of integrity in all our dealings with potential, current and past clients, both in terms of normal commercial confidentiality, and the protection of all personal information received in the course of providing the business services concerned. We extend the same standards to all our customers and associates.
Conflict of interest – Due to the sensitive nature of our particular consultancy services, we will not provide a service to a direct competitor of a client, and we generally try to avoid any dealings with competitor companies even for one year after the cessation of services to a client.
Quality assurance – We maintain the quality of what we do through constant ongoing review with our clients, of all aims, activities, outcomes and the cost-effectiveness of every activity. We encourage regular review meetings and provide regular progress reports.
Fees – We will agree independently and in advance on the basis for our fees and expenses and will charge fees and expenses that are reasonable, legitimate, and commensurate with the services we deliver and the responsibility we accept. We will disclose to our clients in advance any fees or commissions that we will receive for services we recommend to our clients.
Duty of care – Our actions and advice will always conform to relevant law, and we believe that all businesses and organisations, including this consultancy, should avoid causing any adverse effect on the human rights of people in the organisations we deal with, the local and wider environments, and the well-being of society at large.
